Mobility Projects

InternPrize works wonders for group mobilities coming from sending schools or organisations that would like to generate this opportunity for their students studying or having an active interest in marketing and sales strategies, web based digital footprint generation strategies, visual arts in the areas of still or moving picture especially if students have some skills in these areas even if these are self taught. Group mobilities can be for students or teachers who wish to learn about this dynamic.

InternPrize can be tried out with teachers and students together.

InternPrize is project based and therefore the sending school and the hosting organisation need to engage in discussion about project/s that will be implemented during the mobility for which the students will be prepared before they take part in their mobility experience.

Sending and host organisation together will :
- identify or build an ad hoc project usually in the field of tourism, culture and entertainment
- identify "vacancies" in the form of skills and position preferences of students that the project will require
- identify students apt for such positions and the sending organisation carries out some mental and skills preparation for those taking part in the mobility
- organise the mobility and the host organisation carries out the briefing and the mentoring during the process leading the project to fruition through the engagement of all the students
- carry out validation of learning process making students aware of cognitive knowledge and practical skills being acquired in the process
- give the students a certificate of participation indicating personal and professional engagement in the project.

Are you aware that your school or organistion can receive financial support for training and mobility under the Erasmus+ programme ? A number schools and organisations have benefitted from funding and they have taken part in training with us in Barcelona, Valletta, Palermo, Citta della Pieve and Rome. Our team offers support with the application process in order that your school may benefit from such funding bringing the most needed results for the organisation and its members of staff. Contact internprize@vismednet.net for more info.

InternPrize has been well received by possible sending organisations that have also come together in a project proposal under the Erasmus+ funding programme.

InternPrize would be an apt concept for implementation as KA1 as well as a wonderful platform of opportunity for NEETs.

The InternPrize initiative also has ongoing projects for students and interns : Http://internprize.vismednet.org/InternPrize_Projects

Malta Citta della Pieve
In Malta the InternPrize concept is implemented with MaltiMediaHouse
Dates according to arrangements with sending organisations
In Italy the InternPrize concept is implemented with Associazione ValIda
Dates according to arrangements with sending organisations

InternPrize has also been developed as a hypothetical mobility programme of 21 days for youths or students that can be adapted according to needs and learning objectives that the sending organisation may wish to achieve through the experience.

Programme of activities are spread over 4 phases of the mobilities with the duration being subject to adjustment according to the requirements of the project and the possibilities of mobilities of students. This can be adjusted according to the skills variety and project preference of sending organisation. There is the possibility that this mobility activity with students is also, at the same time, a training of teachers who take part in the activities of the students, understand and monitor the learning experience and tools / methods used during the development of the InternPrize experience. In this way students and teachers learn together. The students learn for life and the teachers acquire cognitive knowledge of the dynamic and tools / methods used in forging partnerships and in implementing the InternPrize method at school.
